People are constantly talking about leaders. Leaders on the job, in our city, in our country and in our World. But I find that most people spend their time criticizing them, not praising them. Is it simply because it is so easy to be critical; to only look at the negative side? It is no wonder that most people are reluctant to throw themselves into the fray of leadership.

Recently I had the opportunity to work with a very strong team who actually praised their leaders. + Read more

Music and working together.

We all know that music has been around for centuries but how can it really help you to be more efficient and work with your colleagues? Did you know that music was an integral part of building the pyramids? Did you know it is a key element in the training of Olympic athletes?

Of course you know this because I am sure that there is nothing new on this list for you. However, I found it interesting that the overall tone when presenting this issues was worry. + Read more
